Shipping & Delivery Terms

What is a PRE ORDER? 
Pre Order simply means that the item is not yet available for shipment in our warehouse. Items purchased on pre-order may take between 1-4 weeks to be delivered. By placing a pre order item/s, your entire order will be shipped when ALL products become available. (If you urgently need a product that is in stock before the pre order item is available, please place two seperate orders). Email us at sales@pabloandco.net if you would like to arrange two shipments. Please note: Delivery dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change. The shipping window stated reflects when the item will be shipped out - you need to allow a few days for it to arrive depending on your selected shipping method & where you are located.

Domestic & International Shipping

Your order will be delivered through Australia Post, Aramex, DHL eCommerce or Couriers Please in most cases (please see below for International shipping information). The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode. Full details can be found at www.auspost.com.au. Please allow extra time for post deliveries at peak times eg. Christmas and Easter. Pablo & Co. does not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required, although you may return them at your cost for a credit (exclusions may apply). A signature is required for delivery. If no-one is available to sign for your parcel, the courier should leave a card advising you of your pick-up options. As this may not always happen, we advise you to keep track of your delivery through the courier tracking number that can be found online in your Pablo & Co. account & via your email confirmation. If for any reason you do not arrange to pick the parcel up promptly from the postal outlet, the parcel will be returned to us. Should this happen, you will be required to pay a fee for re-delivery.

Please make sure all postal information is correct and up to date, as we take no responsibility for incorrect information or sending your item to the incorrect address. Please advise us asap PRIOR to sending your item if your address is incorrect and provide us with the correct information. Once your item is shipped unfortunately there is nothing further we can do. Great care is taken to ensure that your item arrives in perfect condition, free from defect. All our items are carefully packed and posted in secure packaging for maximum protection however please be advised that we do NOT take any personal responsibility for the courier service, with the slim chance the item becomes lost or damaged in transit.

Please allow 1-6+ business days for domestic orders to be dispatched and allow up to 2-5 business days for international orders to be dispatched. Please allow an additional 5-12 business days for order to be dispatched during a sale & new launch period. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we can ship overseas! At the checkout page you will be provided with a postage and handling quote before making payment. 

International Shipping

Please allow up to 12 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. Your order will be delivered through DHL eCommerce in most cases. The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode (please note it can take up to 6+ weeks to arrive). In addition to the Items and delivery charges we apply to your order, you may also be required by your country of residence to pay import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information so that you are sure about the applicable duties and taxes before you place your order. We are not responsible for payment of such duties and taxes and in the event that you refuse to pay such duties and taxes and the order is returned to us, we will require you to pay any costs that we have incurred as a consequence.

How much is postage?

Australian orders:
$8.95 - standard shipping
$10.95 - express shipping (this does not speed up production time. Just the time it takes to receive the parcel via Australia Post).

Car seat cover postage price: We offer a flat rate fee of $16.95 for all of our car seat covers (due to the bulky item).

International shipping ranges between $15aud - $40aud (depending on the weight of the order).

We offer free standard domestic shipping on all orders over $170aud. (excluding bulky items).

Do you offer express postage?
Yes we do! There is an option at the checkout for domestic & international orders. 

Do you deliver to P.O. Box address? 
Yes we can deliver to any P O Box Address in Australia and also internationally using Australia Post. If a courier is required to deliver your order, they will not be able to deliver to a P O Box address, therefore we will need a street address.

Where are my items shipped from?
All items are shipped from Brisbane, Australia

Can I pick up my order if I'm located in Brisbane?
Yes of course! You can choose the 'pick up' option at the checkout or pop in store - 1D/75 Araluen St, Kedron. Please refer to our social media for weekly trading hours.

Can I track my order? 
Ye! For domestic orders you can track the delivery status of your order at the www.auspost.com.au website.

For International orders you can track your order via https://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com 
Once the parcel arrives in it's destination country, please use your tracking number on your local couriers website to receive all the information in regards to your parcel. 

International orders - Once your order arrives in the destination country, it will be delivered with your local courier. I.e USA = USPS, UK = Royal Mail etc.

What happens to 'return to sender' parcels?

If an item is to be returned and or exchanged, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense and items must be unused and in their original packaging and condition. Please note, if you mark the return 'Return to sender' our Australia Post account will be charged a return fee. This fee will be at the buyers expense.  

Cancellation of Orders

Pablo & Co. may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the Products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation. 

Once your order has been placed, unfortunately we do not cancel/refund orders. If you need to make changes to your order, contact us ASAP and we'll see what we can do before your order has been dispatched.

Delivery within Australia

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Below is an estimated guide for standard deliveries and when you can expect delivery of your parcel; Please note these times are a guide and may vary. (Please allow extra time over the christmas period and allow for public holidays). The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode. Full details can be found at www.auspost.com.au. Express orders within the metro areas will arrive in 1 business day. 

International time frames - 

Delivery times for international orders will vary depending on the country, state and post code. Please use your tracking number as a reference to check the status of your delivery.
