Are pets allowed in-store?

Yes, we love when customers visit with their pets! Please always ensure your pet is on a leash when visiting our store.

Can you help me with sizing in-store?

We absolutely can whether you are able to bring your doggo in-store or if have a photo of your pet we can certainly help to find the best fit for your pooch.

Cats & dogs are welcome to try anything on in-store to find the perfect fit!

Orders

Where is my order?

Once orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking scans to begin to appear.

Orders can be tracked via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation.

Why didn't I receive an order or shipping confirmation?

The email may have been delivered to your spam / junk folder. Please reach out via email if you are unable to locate your order/shipping confirmation and we can resend the confirmation - hello@pabloandco.net

I have an issue with my order, what should I do?

I forgot to apply a discount code to my order, what can I do?

Unfortunately, this cannot be amended once your order is placed.

Can I change the address for my order?

Please make sure all postal information is correct and up to date, as we take no responsibility for incorrect information or sending your item to the incorrect address.

Please advise us asap PRIOR to sending your order if your address is incorrect and provide us with the correct information.

Once your item is shipped unfortunately there is nothing further we can do, we recommend contacting Australia Post if the order has been shipped to request a change of address on the parcel.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, unfortunately we do not cancel/refund orders. If you need to make changes to your order, contact us ASAP and we'll do our best to amend your order before your order is dispatched - hello@pablandco.net

Sizing

How do I know what size to purchase?

We are always here to help find the perfect size for your pet.

We recommend measuring your dogs to find the perfect fit and comparing this to our ‘size guide’.

The neck measurement can be found by measuring around where your dogs collar usually sits.

The chest measurement can be found by measuring the widest part behind your dogs front legs. Please keep in mind our size guide is a guide only. Your dogs fur type, length and chest size/width need to be considered when choosing the perfect size.

What style of harness should I purchase for my dog?

We sell two styles of harnesses, adjustable harnesses and no pull adventure harnesses.
If you have a large dog breed who is a strong puller we recommend purchasing our no pull adventure harnesses. 


Our no pull adventure harnesses feature our front and back D ring on all sizes, extended size range for large doggo, a handle for training, this style of harness is longer in the chest plate so perfect for long dogs or dogs with deep chests and are also a step in style (does not need to be put over the head).

Our adjustable harnesses are perfect for all breeds starting at XXS this is perfect for tiny doggo or puppies.

Our adjustable harnesses feature our front D ring on sizes XXS-M, neoprene padded and mesh lined meaning these are extremely comfy for your pooch and fast drying.

Shipping & Delivery

How can I track my order?

Yes! Orders you can track the delivery status of your order at the www.auspost.com.au website.

For International orders: Once the parcel arrives in its destination country, please use your tracking number on your local couriers website to receive all the information in regards to your parcel.

International orders - Once your order arrives in the destination country, it will be delivered with your local courier. I.e USA = USPS, UK = Royal Mail etc.

Do I need to pay customs fees for an international order?

In addition to the Items and delivery charges we apply to your order, you may also be required by your country of residence to pay import duties and taxes.

Please contact your local customs office for further information so that you are sure about the applicable duties and taxes before you place your order.

We are not responsible for payment of such duties and taxes and in the event that you refuse to pay such duties and taxes and the order is returned to us, we will require you to pay any costs that we have incurred as a consequence.

Returns

How do I organise a return or exchange within Australia?

This won't take long! Just have your shipping postcode and order number ready. You’ll find your order number in your Order Confirmation email. Click here to submit a return online.

How do I organise an international return?

Unfortunately our current returns portal is not compatible with international returns. Please email us for all information in regards to our international returns process - hello@pabloandco.net

I experienced an error with my return label, how do I fix this?

The return label may present an error if the shipping address cannot be validated. Ensure you have entered the correct suburb that matches the postcode, and include any parcel locker information in 'address line 2'.

When will my return be processed?

All returns are processed within 2-4 business days of receiving the return back to our PO BOX.

What is your return window?

We offer an extended 60 day return window via our online return portal. Please note all items must be in original packaging, with tags attached in brand new unused condition.

What items are ineligible for return?

Please keep in mind FINAL SALE items, earrings and birthday boxes are not eligible for return.

Can I return an item I purchased online in your Kedron store?

Yes, we can certainly organise a return / exchange in-store. Please bring all items in their original packaging with tags attached, and we can process a store credit or exchange in-store. Please keep in mind we do not offer refunds.

Product Care

How do I wash my Pablo & Co. pieces?

Collars & Harnesses

Our collars, harnesses, leads and poop bag holders can be washed in the washing machine if they are washed on a cold cycle and are placed in a delicates bag. Just hang the item/s out to dry once it has been washed keeping out of direct sunlight.

Spot cleaning is also a great way to keep your Pablo & Co. threads looking fresh.

Leads & Poop Bag Holders

A cold hand wash also works perfectly for our leashes and poop bag holders. Just hang the item/s out to dry once it has been washed keeping out of direct sunlight.

Car Seat Covers

For cleaning the car seat cover just hose the car seat cover down and scrub it with mild detergent / using a broom or brush and hang to dry out of direct sunlight. Please keep in mind our car seat covers are not machine washable.

Bandanas

To prolong the life of your bandana, spot clean only. Our cotton bandanas can be ironed if needed however our polyester bandanas can not be ironed.
