Returns Policy

LOOKING TO SUBMIT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

This won't take long! Just have your shipping postcode and order number ready. You’ll find your order number in your Order Confirmation email. Click here to submit a return online.

RETURN INFORMATION

  • Easy 60 day returns booked online here.
  • Please note, final sale items are not eligible for a return.
  • Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • Shipping fees paid at time of purchase are non refundable. All postage costs are at the buyers expense. 
  • You will be issued with a trackable return label via email. You will be charged $8.95 for the return shipping label if choosing the 'Store Credit option'.
  • By using the 'Shop Now' feature, you can instantly choose what you want to swap it for, and pay the $15 handling fee. (This is the cost of the return shipping + getting the new order out to you. $7.50 per shipping label).
  • Please include your invoice with the return. 
  • Returns can be tracked with the tracking number via the AusPost website.
  • We aim to process all returns within 2-4 business days of receiving your items. You will be contacted via email with the details of your processed return.
  • Please email hello@pabloandco.net prior to initiating a return if you believe the product is damaged or faulty.

SHOP NOW AND STORE CREDIT

  • We offer a store credit or SHOP NOW exchanges.
  • SHOP NOW exchanges allow the customer to shop for different items via the website using the total return credit & make additional payment if required. A SHOP NOW order will be processed in our system once we have received and processed the return. 
  • Discount codes cannot be applied to SHOP NOW Exchanges.
  • Store credit is issued via Gift Card and has no expiry.
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable.
  • If returning for a Gift Card after purchasing with AfterPay, the payment plan will remain in place & the full balance issued as a gift card. The payment plan will then be paying off the gift card, instead of the items. (Excluding any additional shipping expenses). 

REFUNDS

  • We do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind. 
  • Refund / replacement may be eligible if the item/s are not in using working condition within a reasonable time period. This is a case by case situation. Please email us hello@pabloandco.net with any concerns.
