How to: Dog Birthday Cupcakes 🎂

Bake Patch’s 17th Birthday Cupcakes With Us 🧁

Seventeen years young and still the goodest boy! To celebrate Patch’s 17th birthday, we whipped up the cutest dog friendly cupcakes using The Organic Dog Co. Cupcake Mix and topped them with all his favourite things. If you’re planning a pawty of your own, here’s exactly how we made them.

Ingredients

• The Organic Dog Co. Cupcake Mix
• 1 large banana
• 1 egg
• 1 cup of water
• 3 tbsp Dog yoghurt
• 2 tbsp Dog peanut butter
• Topper of your choice, we used Golden Barkery Birthday Cookies

Utensils

• Cupcake tray
• Cupcake liners
• Piping bag

Pupcakes Method

Step 1. Preheat your oven - Fan force 160°C . Line your cupcake tray with cupcake liners and set aside.

Step 2. In a mixing bowl, mash the banana until smooth. Add in the egg, pupcake mix, water and combine until you have a smooth batter and mix well.

Step 3. Spoon the mixture evenly into your cupcake liners, filling each about three quarters full. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.

Step 5.
Once baked, remove from the oven and allow the cupcakes to cool completely before decorating. This is important so your yoghurt frosting does not melt.

Decorating

Mix your dog yoghurt and dog peanut butter in a bowl once well combined spoon into a piping bag. Pipe generously onto each cupcake!

Finish with your chosen topper. We used Golden Barkery Birthday Cookies for the ultimate pawty statement 🎂
